Tenant Screening
- All applicants must be over the age of 18.
- A non-refundable fee of $50 must be paid to process the application.
- Each occupant over the age of 18 must complete an application.
- All applicants must provide at least two sources of identification including one piece of photo identification.
- We will request information to verify employment and employment history.
- Tenant’s income must be 3 times that of the monthly rent.
- Previous rental history will be examined and references are required.
- If the applicant has been a homeowner over the past 2 years we will ask for proof of ownership and mortgage payment history (minimum 12 month requirement.)
- All applicants with a criminal record or credit issues will require a manual review.
- Most tenant screening requires 3 to 5 business days to verify all the information provided.
- In the event an application is denied, the applicant(s) will be notified by mail. No denials will be discussed by phone as we cannot confirm identity.
